I am a business strategist and executive coach with over 25 years of experience helping executives grow their businesses.  I've taken my years of  business, sole parenthood and life experience to design this retreat for you .

My son's are now a qualified engineer – sigh of relief – but the road to get there has been tough. I’ve moved heaven and earth. I've studied, experimented and tried and failed many times.

I worked my way up the corporate ladder and stayed there because I couldn't take the financial risk as a single mother to follow my dream and start my own business.  That changed in 2016, and I have never been happier!

Today, I teach women the business skills and leadership mindset to run their businesses like world-class CEOS. I mentor and empower women to follow their dreams and live the life they desire, like me. I spend nearly half my year now in Italy, which is my second home, and I do what I love.   

I've never had the benefit of a mentor or a support system. Heaven knows the difference it would have made to my life if I had. It would have saved me a lot of time and a lot of tears.  

My mission is to help women find their voice and teach them the confidence and business skills to build a business that brings them freedom from financial worries; the ability to live the life they love and deserve.

DAY 1
  •  Transfer from Rome airport or Stazione Termini
  •  Afternoon at leisure – perhaps by the pool 
  •  This is your day to let go, unwind and share your intention for this retreat, open up about any limiting beliefs holding you back. Soak in the countryside, and enjoy being fully present in the moment. 
  •  Schedule your private one-on-one coaching session 
  •  Meet everyone and joy our first evening together over the Italian tradition of the Aperitivo. Relax over a glass of wine or a light cocktail and finger foods 

DAY 2
  •  Breakfast
  •  Welcome & introductions 
  •  Today’s session will help you discover more about yourself and your business. We’re be running a powerful visioning exercise to help you shape the future you want
  •  In the afternoon we’re going to take you on a journey of self-discovery to help you better understand how to get the best out of yourself and the people you “touch” in your life 
  •  Guided meditation & journaling time 
  •  Transfer for an evening promenade and dinner at Castel Gandolfo, summer residence of the previous Popes
DAY 3
  • ​Invigorating walk & breakfast 
  •  Guided meditation & journaling
  •  A cornerstone of Italian life is good food and wine. Today we're going to visit one of the area’s beautiful wineries, which have been supplying the Eternal City with wine since the days of the Roman Empire. 
  •  Lunch at the winery, prepared with delicious local produce, after which we’ll head back to the estate  
  •  Learn about the concept of balance across business. We'll teach you how to set goals to achieve this using the 90 Day Sprint system 
  •  The rest of the afternoon is going to be serious doing time. We're going to hash out the goals that are going to start changing your business. It sounds easy but it’s not. There will be some tough decisions about what to say no to, but we’ll coach you through that. 
  •  Dinner will be a light meal in the gardens under the stars. If we're lucky, we might even see some shooting stars that we can make a wish upon 
  •  We close the day with a “campfire” circle where we share and reflect together 
DAY 4
  • ​Invigorating walk & breakfast
  •  Guided meditation & journaling 
  •  Today we head into the historical Rome to spend the day exploring and taking in new experiences.  
  •  You’ll have the entire day and evening in the Eternal city. See the Colisseum, throw coins in the Trevi Fountain or marvel at the beauty of the Spanish Steps. The day is all yours and the city is an open air museum to enjoy. Shops in Rome close around 8pm at sundown and Italians eat late so don’t think the day is over when the evening comes. No way, it’s time to grab a gelato, find yourself a seat in Piazza Navona or Campo Marzio and watch the world go by… (we don’t recommend Vatican tours on this day as it will take all day and it’s best to start early to avoid the crowds. If you would like to visit St Peters and the museums, we recommend you stay a few extra days. We can make all the arrangements for you) 
  •  Lunch and dinner are at your leisure as you explore the city. We provide all transfers
DAY 5
  • ​Invigorating walk & breakfast
  •  Guided meditation & journaling 
  •  Today we get tackle what's getting in your way when it comes to achieving the life you want. We’re going to dive into biases, limiting beliefs and thinking styles. 
  •  Knowledge is power. Increase your self-awareness. Build confidence and get out of your own way. You'll also grow as a leader as you learn to more effectively manage those you lead and influence (family included). AND it'll take your business to the next level.
  • This is not some “ra ra” session. It’s based on experience, science and a combination of the best research into positive psychology, CBT, DBT and NLP. You will find that tackling mindset becomes a completely different ballgame when you have the right tools.  

DAY 6
  • Invigorating walk & breakfast
  • Guided meditation & journaling
  •  We are going to have so much fun today! The day starts with a session on how to create lasting change. 90% of your success is MINDSET. We want you to succeed when you get home, not fall back into your old patterns. 
  •  We’re going to practice!!!!! Transfer to QC Terme Roman Spa and Pools for a luxurious afternoon and evening enjoying the true Roman Spa experience.  
  • QC Terme Roma recreates the Imperial Roman baths in all their former glory. Precious marbles, pools, retreats, fountains and gardens, all in the spirit of the ancient imperial baths, create a haven of tranquility and mindfulness
  •  Dinner at the spa in the form of “Aperiterme” – aperitivi and a light, refreshing meal 
  •  More relaxation time followed by a transfer back to our estate at 10pm when the spa closes. This your time to relax, unwind and reflect.   
DAY 7
  • ​Invigorating walk & breakfast
  •  Guided meditation & journaling
  • ​Today we're popping out of the country with a trip to St Peters and the Vatican Museums, no passport needed
DAY 8
Our final day together is all about ensuring you hit the ground running when you head home

  • ​Our final day is all about ACTION. We will create a plan for each goal. Today will ensure you have the full planning system in place so that you can hit the ground running as soon as you get home.
